Peter Tchaikovsky (May 7, 1840 – November 6, 1893) was a Russian composer of the Romantic era. His wide-ranging output includes symphonies, operas, ballets, instrumental, chamber music and songs.
Jakob Ludwig Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (February 3, 1809 – November 4, 1847) was a German composer, pianist, organist and conductor of the early Romantic period.
